Our Banquet


Upon guest arrival, there will be several waiters passing Chef’s selection of eight to ten hors d’oeuvres and a beautiful Tuscan display.


Tuscan Station

  • Grilled Zucchini and Eggplant with grilled onions
  • A Selection of Imported and Domestic Cheeses
  • Eggplant Caponata and Black Olive Tapanade with assorted Crostini

  • Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato with a balsamic reduction

Once your guests have all gathered and Welcome speeches have been made, we will open your intricately decorated food stations. Below are suggestions for Stations.

Carving Station

This Station comes with your choice of starch and seasonal vegetables

  • Asian marinated grilled Flank Steak with a hoi sin glaze and Napa salad
  • Boneless roasted breast of Turkey

Pasta Station

This Station comes with a silver chafer of Mussels, Trio of Bruschetta Breads with assorted toppings

  • Filette d Pomadoro
  • Wild Mushroom and Thyme scented Risotto
  • Butternut Squash Risotto
  • Farfalle with slow cooked sausage, peas and tomato
  • Penne a la Vodka

Scampi Station
Let the aroma fill the air as our chef sautés an array of:

  • Shrimp
  • Crab
  • Scallops
  • And Chicken
  • Accompanied with White Rice

Salad Station

Select 2

  • Mixed baby green lettuces with oven-dried cranberries, spiced nuts topped with cider vinaigrette
  • Baby Spinach with oven-roasted pears, herbed croutons topped with mustard vinaigrette
  • Traditional Caesar salad with croutons and Parmesan cheese
  • Arugula, Endive and Radicchio Lettuces topped with citrus vinaigrette

Dessert Station

  • Assorted Pastries and Cookies
  • Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee and Tea
